Thomson Associates was formed in January 1997 by Tom Thomson and is made up of a group of highly committed Human Resource Professionals with a wide experience of Training, Management Development and Organisational Change. Tom himself has a background in Occupational Psychology and is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
