    Stress Management

    A three day course aimed at people who are required to provide a consultancy service as part of their management or support role.

    A one day course designed to enhance the skills of customer facing and support staff in dealing with customers.

  • Dealing with difficult customers.


    Our preference is to run these programmes in company so that the skills and knowledge learned can be applied to live issues. It is also more cost effective from the company’s point of view as we can reduce the cost per delegate.
